some people do it in the GFX shops.. MSE 2 has a download for that format of card aswell...

Pretty much, yeah. I suggest just looking round in the Shops section. There's bound to be someone who does it. The second is from Magic Set Editor, search it on Google. You can find and download that format for MSE.
