its a good card, not any ocg errors I can see, i don't really like the picture, it seems a bit blurry =/

 

Maybe make its ATK a little higher.. maybe 1600 or 1700

Pic looks more like a Majestic monster so the name doesn't fit that well.

 

OCG fix: When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Junk" monster from your Deck to your hand. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 "Junk" from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

 

Effect is somewhat basic, but effective. And it is ballanced enough.
