Light - Corrupted's Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing "Light Yagami" on the 3rd turn after "Light Yagami" was equipped with "The Death Note". This card gains 200 ATK and DEF when a monster is destroyed. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to destroy 1 monster on the field.

Lore: This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can remove 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy 1 monster on the field. You can pay 500 Life Points to put 1 Shinigami Counter(max.3) on this card. Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every Shinigami Counter on it. You can remove 3 Shinigami Counters from this card to destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.

Lore: When this card is Summoned, you can look at the top 2 cards on your Deck. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster you control to increase this card's ATK by 700 until the End Phase. When this card is destroyed, all face-up monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF until your next Standby Phase.

Lore: Once per turn, you can discard 1 monster from your hand to treat this card as a DARK monster until your next Standby Phase. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each face-up DARK monster on the field. This card cannot be selected as an attack target while there are 4 or more face-up DARK monsters on the field. When this card is destroyed, you can remove it from play to destroy 1 face-up card on the field.

Lore: This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 face-up monster on the field. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to put 1 Shinigami Counter(max.3) on this card. This card gains 200 ATK for every Shinigami Counter on it. You can remove 3 Shinigami Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field.

Lore: When this card is Summoned, both players must discard 1 card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a DARK monster. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every Warrior-type monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed, both players can draw 1 card.

Lore: When this card is Summoned, pick up 1 card. If it's a monster, destroy it and increase this card's ATK and DEF by 600 until the End Phase. If it's a Spell or Trap Card, add it to your hand. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field in 3 turns.

Lore: When this card is Summoned, select 1 attribute. Monsters with the selected attribute lose 100 ATK and DEF for every card in your hand. When this card is destroyed, you can remove it from play and pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all face-up monsters with the selected attribute.

This card is way good. The picture seems okay, though. But you may make her 3 stars because her ATK is low and the effect is possible for 3 star monster. 9.5/10.

 

Shinigami - Ryuk

9 stars!? What about 8? Still, the eyes crazy in the image, nah jk. The DEF is way too low. You may change it to 1200/1500/2100/2200 or anything fit with it. 9.87/10.

Like we say, its okay. Since it from the EARTH, i think it may be EARTH Attribute, not sure though. Anyways, let go to the effect. When you wrote "Death Note", you mean the spell card "The Death Note"? If that so, you may add 'The' in the description. 9.32/10.

I dont know why 8 stars for 2400, anyways. The effect seems okay, and looks similar to Light Yagami effect. Also, i think the pic is bit blurry, idk. 9.64/10.

 

The Death Note

First off, i want to talk about the picture. It looks bit okay, but i think it needs to be changed. Second off, the effect seems okay, the toss coin and call it first effect of calling it right, you destroy one card, it looks similar to a Dragon Machine monster used in YGO GX. Third off, the rating. 9.96/10.

 

L - Master Detective

I can call the picture change. Nvm, I think the effect is okay. You may change the stars to 7, and the ATK to 2400, i think the stars only. Im bit confused. -.- 9.96/10.

I gave him 8 because of the ATK/DEF increase and the monster destroying effect. And I realize the pic is blurry but I though it would look more dramatic.

*thumbs up* this is really cool looking. Agreed, I haven't seen any other Death Note sets out there... yet.

 

If there's one thing I would whine about, is that since this anime revolves around (more or less) humans (excluding them shinigamis), I think this would make more sense as a defence-oriented deck. But it's not mine to decide, I still think it's really good.

 

For L, there would be a space between "face-up" and "(Flip effects are negated)".

Wow, new card. I was waiting in a while for a new card. I can understand the first discarding effect... Its like she will be using Death Note (lol). Its gain 100 ATK... 4 monsters = 1700, 5 monsters = 1800. It'll work good (i think). It'll be hard to have 4 DARK monsters on the field, so she will be easily attacked. And the most thing i like in the card, the last effect. So if my brother had King Beast Barbaros on the field i can crush it for him. 9.76/10.

So i heard rem decrease LP to destroy? Jk. I still dont understand the Shinigami counters, but its ATK and DEF seems good. Ah... the picture seems good though. 10/10.

Hehehe...Hahahaha. The picture is funny. Nevermind. Good you didn't choose 'Both players randomly discard 1 card from their hand.', because it will be OP'd. Anyways, if you putted this card in a Warrior deck, and have atleast 4 Warriors in your hand and 4+ in your graveyard and use Card Destruction, you could have its attack 3000+. Or if you have ton of Warrior monsters in your graveyard, this card will have more than 3000 or 4000 ATK wich is too high for 3 stars. You might change to gains 100 or 50.

 

Shuichi Aizawa

Low ATK and high Level? No No No. Make 3 stars. What about make the effect 'pick up the top card of your deck'? It'd be more useful and not bit OP'd. Anyways, correct the last sentence:

"When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field in the next 3 turns after this cards activation." How about that?

 

Soichiro Yagami

Low attack again."When this card i Summoned, declare 1 attribute. Decrease the ATK and DEF of the declared attribute monsters for each card in your hand. When this card is destroyed, you can remove it from play and pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all face-up monsters with the declared attribute."

 

Also what happened to the set? Aren't you gonna complete?

Well, I am working on a Soul Eater Set right now. And tbh I haven't watched Death Note in a while.

 

I may get back to working on this Set in the future but not right now.
