I was thinking there should be a Divine Charmer last night, made the card for it, and only late last night drew her, took a while to get her background, which is just 8 Magical Circles over the Eye of Wdjat, I could've done better on where the circles were positioned, but it was late at night and I got lazy. Her effect was originally to take over just the DIVINE Attribute's, as to why she can negate say Obelisk's Anti-Monster Target effect and take him, but since DIVINE Seems to house power houses, I made it so she can take over any Element, though I resisted my temptation on making her ATK and Level higher, to keep her balanced. Her familiar is a descendant of Slifer (<_< >_> ) , ignore her crudely done hands btw -_-. UPDATE 1: Redone the OCG so she now only takes control of DIVINE, LIGHT and DARK monsters.UPDATE 2, July 22: Fixed the OCG to match Lyna, somewhat. If the targeted monster cannot be selected as a target for this cards Effect, you may Negate that cards Effect[s'] and take control of it." Also, I know you said this in your post title that the picture was drawn, and I was wondering if you drew it yourself or you got it from Google Images or something like that.
