Saw a card for Abxul made by Young Weezy, so I decided that Excel should have one too.

 

Two cards. I tried to make Excel an Accel Synchro (mostly cuz of the lolpun), and if it isn't, tell me what to do and I'll fix it.

 

Okay, here we go.

1 Synchro Tuner + 1 or more LIGHT Machine-Type non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all non-LIGHT monsters on the field. When this card destroys a DARK monster by battle, it is removed from play instead of being sent to the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field, and inflict 500 damage to your opponent for every card destroyed by this effect.

 

 

Lore:

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 Machine-Type non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, negate all card effects that target LIGHT Machine-Type monsters on your field, until the End Phase. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all DARK monsters on the field cannot declare an attack, and their effects are negated.[/align]

 

 

I do realize that they may be bit too OPed, so don't say it is unless you tell me what's OPed and you tell me how to fix it.
