I have noticed many people with spoilers under their signature, and in it is their membership card. I am curious about these membership cards. Is anybody allowed to have them? Or do you need to do something special first? Can someone please elaborate on this predicament for me? Thanks.

The cards are made by members, and can probably be found in certain topics of the 'shops' section of the forum. There's nothing official about them and no requirements.
