Negima cards

On the whole, these look quiet good, although the OCG needs work.

A few particular points:

You don't need the part about Sayo not returning to your hand, because unless it has an effect that does so it won't even if it's a spirit (although there's not a whole lot of point). You should however have the part in brackets that's found on all union monster effects (the part about 1 union at a time and the destruction effect). Also, equipped union monsters can't be attacked.

Why is Asakura Thunder-type, and Yuna Spellcaster-type? I don't really see those two.

'Summoned to the field' is redundant, because they can't be summoned anywhere else. The same applies to 'When this card is activated' on normal spells, since the only time their effects activate is when the card is played. For the two-type cards, it should be 'This card is also treated as a [Type]-type monster.' Chao's sounds like her name is Spellcaster, and the other two are rather blunt. Kaede's would be 'This card is treated as a "Ninja" monster.'

The Sayo not returning to hand was because i added the spirit type. I'll research that later. And the equipped monsters cannot be attacked i know of. I pit it so it could be activated when unequipped.

Asakura is Thunder since she seems more like a papparazi Fast speed camera taker then a warrior or spellcaster. Yunas a spellcaster because... well... im not sure.

Thank You

The 'return to hand' effect of spirit monsters isn't something that would happen even if the effect is on the card. It still needs to say it returns to the hand, otherwise it won't. I'd move the second effect to before it's union effect, just so it's clear it works whilst unequipped. You should also have the option to unequiup it as well.

Just a thought, but with all the higher-level characters around, you may want to limit the search/summon effects to level 4 or lower characters only, for balance.

Evangeline really doesn't seem that good. It's a level 7, meaning it needs 2 tributes, for 2500ATK, whilst Chachamaru needs 1 for the same ATK, and Setsuna and Chao can easily match it often enough as well, also for 1 tribute. It's effect is actually pretty bad, since it prevents it being revived and fattens the deck. For the ATK, Chachamaru works better, and since it can gain it's boost from Negi (which is a key card of the set), Evangeline is redundant. The fusion isn't much better, since it's a 2900 without an effect (since Evangeline's own does the same thing anyway). It should also be at least level 8, and I'd recommend you lower the DEF of both fusions, since it gives something for other pactios (*CoughKonokaCough*) to be better at.

Negi is going to be broken. Since most of the Pactio fusions are, I would guess, going to be involve him, and he can find the other part right away, Negi + Polymerisation = any of his pactios.

A lot of your photos are actually fine, it's just that you need to do some cropping to make them look good.

Take Mana, your picture is taller than it is wide, but the card pic requires a square. Since your pic isn't a square, the cardmaker forces it to become a square, causing the image to look squished, like how Mana looks like she went on a major diet that had undesireable results.

The other thing you want to avoid is words on the images. Once again on Mana, your picture has text of the anime's english subtitles. That pic can be fixed by a bit of cropping from top to bottom.

You don't need any speccial programs to crop, I actually use paint, it gets the job done.

I like the idea of the fusion pactios. I never really thought of going at it that way, if you look at the negima set I made it's more of an assault mode like summoning. I do think you can do a lot more with the effects though, i'm pretty sure Asuna and Negi's pactio would be able to do a lot more than prevent destruction by effects.

Still very good ideas here.

Nodoka is nice for defence, but would be a lot nicer as a level 4 with 1800-2000 DEF. Having to tribute to summon is a bit too much, since something else has to survive a turn (or be special summoned) first.

The Konoka/Setsuna Pactio is broken. It's a permanent one-sided cold wave on a 2900 ATK 2400 DEF monster, shutting down half of the average deck instantly and at no cost. If it stopped the activation of set cards, or stopped spell/traps being set, or even destroyed them on summoning (giving a chance to chain at least some of them) it would still be very powerful, but not quite as much of a game-winner. Also, you've put the partner's name (Setsuna) first, whereas the others have the mage first. It doesn't really matter, but I like things to be consistent.

Aright, i fixed Nodoka, lowering her atk, def, and level so she is easier to use, but still fair. I also fixed the fusion. I honestly didnt know about the name, i was in a hurry, so i fixed it. I also lowered the atk and Def, and changed the effect to "Your opponent cannot activate spell cards without setting them face-down". Planning on finishing the class before i continue with pactios, spells, traps, and other characters.

Natsumi is created

Natsumi's not bad, although she's very similar to Copycat.

I forgot before but Konoka is as bad as the Pactio Fusion was. Being able to negate any spells, for no cost, on something you can Normal Summon? And it works on continuous effects as well? It really needs toning down. The search effect I seem to remember it having before was probably better.
