Phantom M.C.
Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Dawn of Earth". This card's ATK and DEF become equal to the number of cards in both players hand and Graveyard x 100. Once per turn, you can either Special Summon a non-fusion, non-synchro, non-ritual monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard in Face-up Defense Position, or select a Star Level and Special Summon a random monster of the Star Level from your opponent's hand, Deck or Graveyard in Face-up Attack Position (under your control), the Special Summoned monsters cannot attack the turn they are summoned. Pay the Total Level Stars of the monster x 100 Life Points to Activate this effect. The turn this effect is activated, this card cannot declare an attack. This card cannot be removed from the field (Damage Calculation is applied). Lore: Once per turn, pay 600 Life Points (if you do not, remove this card from play). Add 1 Creation Counter to this card (max. 6). Remove 6 Creation Counters to Special Summon "Sangue - The Master Puppeteer" from your hand or Deck in face-up Attack Position, remove this card from play. As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you cannot activate any other Spell or Trap Cards. This card is unaffected by other Spell and Trap Cards. Sylphiend
Hmmm, this card is really hard to judge...I'd say 7.5/
judedudemude
great card but still have a few weak points01. problem to dawn of the earth spell can be destroy by effect monsters (most likely a flip effect)02. then you oppernet can end the duel be fore the 6th counter03. removing from play cards to insure the monster will be weak i guess since it a powerful card it got to have it drawbacks (like i just mention)
Kato_Zenamara
You realize the way you misworded the effect of the Puppeteer makes the whole combo diminished. You made the effect mandatory rather than optional, so it lasts two turns... then what? If you can't activate a mandatory effect, what will happen to this card? Also, the whole proccess and results are OP'ed as hell. Yes, it takes 3600 lp, but your opponent's chances at destroying the spell are 1/3, since traps and spell won't work, so only monster effects have a chance. On top of that, the ATK gaining effect can be easily exploited. For examples sake, lets say you've each got the standard 5 cards in hand. Thats 1000 ATK and DEF right there, not counting graveyards. Lets say you've each got 10 cards in your graveyards, bringing it up to 3000 ATK and DEF. Stick this mother in a Lightsworns deck and you've pretty much got an OTK, not to mention its insta-Blue Eyes with its effect.

~Duo~
This is really OP because it can't be destroyed, it Summons almost anything every turn, and not attacking is too little of a drawback. Plus, either player's hand? How will you know? And that is extremely OP. OP'd but unique. 6/
manalord
i really like how it needs 6 turns to actavite because that card can become unbeatble fast.

έκλειψη
OP. Sure, you can kill the Spell Card with a monster effect, but that's unlikely. There is a certain WIND monster that kills this combo, but whatever. Now, we have out Perfectly Ultimate Great moth out! (6 turns). I have ATK equal to... # of cards everywhere but your Deck x100. I Demolish Lightsworns and-- Oh, BTW. I can Summon whatever from your Deck. I'll just say Level 10 each time and bring out some pretty strong stuff, or Level 8 to be nice... Now, I've pretty much won, so... Kthxbai.

έκλειψη
You can OTK without just taking monsters from your opponent's Deck. Waiting six turns is already a price to pay, but it's not worth this. Perhaps have this depend on some other cards you can make? Few OTK's only use one card.
