Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, the selected monster loses 200 ATK and DEF. When the ATK of the card reaches 0, it is destroyed. Then inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the original ATK of that monster. This effect cannot be activated again while the monster remains on the field.
