Few ocg errors. It is balanced but it could have another effect. Pic is... bad imo, dont like it. This card gets a 7/10

Good looking card well balanced.

Only problem for me would be that its name is treated as Cyber Dragon. This way it'll be a normal Cyber Dragon so you can only have 2 of them in your deck.

It's okay kinda basic and a bit overpowered for a four star, needs a better downside.

Its alright, but nothing fantastic. Why Cyber Test Dragon? Thats basically the same name as Proto-Cyber Dragon. Anyway, its an alright card minor OCG pic is okay. 5/10

as evreyone I think it is as so as "Proto-Cyber Dragon" but even worse it make you have less "Cyber Dragon" cards in your deck with that it is not better then it. even if you add while it is on the field it will stay bad card.

Just if you didn't know there's already a cyber dragon support. It's weaker but kinda better in some way as it's treated as a Cyber dragon both on field and graveyard

 

3/10 For the fact that to me the pic was quite interesting though doesn't really fit what I hope in mind and also the effort. It's quite a powerful beat stick even when it's attack points is 1800. This might be even more overpowered than any 4 star monsters, though it has be nerfed with removed from play effect. Plus I feel that there's too much support by Cyber Dragon itself too. that's all to it. Hope you would consider in making it have a much more promising and interesing effect to have.

I'll take all of your suggestions, and work on it. I forgot to add the part of the lore that said "While on the field" to the name being treated as cyber dragon.

i like the pic and effect but it is (like it was already said) too much like Proto-Cyber Dragon. Being a huge Cyber-Dragon fan, i give you 8/10
