If he's not perma, then I will have to have a very long and tiresome conversation about fair treatment of individuals with individuals. But I'm sure, if he (whomever it is) does something at all, it will be the right, perma ban way to go. It's good to keep the annoying noobs off the forum. This also includes the flaming of new members, rather that flame, you need to tell them what to do differently or not type anything.
