Once per turn you can: add one card with the word "Abyss" in its name from your graveyard or deck to your hand. Or you can special summon one monster with the word "Abyss" in its name in face up attack position from your hand, deck, or graveyard. If this monster activates an effect, it cannot attack for one turn.
