The name and idea derives from a Torque Wrench, as you can freely change the settings of a Torque wrench

I'm 99% sure on the OCG

Rulings

1. you can increase/decrease any of the monsters used, so say i have i'm using 2(including him) i could choose just one of the or both.

2.Only works for synchro summons

Level 1 & him-(possible 2&3)4,5,6

Level 2 & him-3,4,5,6,7

Level 3 & him-4,5,6,7,8

Level 4 & him-5,6,7,8,9

[spoiler=Lore]If there is a face-up "Torque Synchronizer" on the field this card is treated as a non-Tuner monster. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up you can search your Deck for 1 "Torque Synchronizer" and Special Summon it to your side of the field in face-up defense position(you cannot Synchro Summon the turn this effect was used), The Deck is then shuffled.[spoiler=Image Credit]Seig_Warheit

 

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]"Torque Synchronizer" or "Torque Engine" + 1 or more non-Tuner monster's

You can reveal this card from your Extra Deck to make its Level count as 9 until the End of this turn. If "Torque Synchronizer" was used to Synchro Summon this monster, all Synchro monsters in your Extra Deck lower their Level by 1. If "Torque Engine" was used to Synchro Summon this monster, draw 1 card. in addition if both "Torque Synchronizer" and "Torque Engine" were used to Synchro Summon this Level 9 monster, once per turn you can pick up the top 3 cards from your Deck If 1 of them is a Level 4 or lower monster send it to the Graveyard and inflict Damage equal to its Total ATK and DEF(if there are multiple Level 4 or lower monster's select only 1). You could use it to synchro summon all the synchros you want that don't require a certain tuner. Other than that slight fact I love it. 9/10 for nice picture, nice effect, original effect. You could of just called it Torque Synchron though.

well i know i messed up on Engine and Warrior but didn't have time earlier to correct. And i forgot to add shuffle at the end for Engines effect

and thanks for the OCG fixs, best way to make it not Oped is to add "You cannot Synchro Summon the turn this effect was used.

as for warrior i'll add a 1 time draw effect, in replace for attack?

Fixed, thanks if this had gone with the synchron's there would be junk, turbo, nitro, torque, and any others that i don't know of

I got the idea cause well my dad own's 1 and i thought hey i could come with a effect for that. oh and do you have new rating? now that the fix's are there?

that alone bumps it up to an 8/10. it is still very versatile and is a little easier to summon than some. at least its not as easy to abuse Limiter with it now :)
