So a 13 year old friend of mine, whom I care deeply about, got drunk the other day. Apparently her mom's boyfriend dared her to chug a beer, and she did, go figure e.e (rolling my eyes). I'm not sure why, but this really upsets me. If she does it again, I'm gonna give her one more chance (after her second chance) before we stop being friends.

What do ya guys and couple o' gals think 'bout this whole situation?

Tell her if she drinks alcohol she'll die. (Slowly but it kills your liver and kidneys)

And tell her if she doesn't stop you'll get her in trouble. (Insert strict parent's/ relative's name here) She should stop then. If she doesn't just get her in trouble, she'll find that it's for the best.

It's not like you're being overly dramatic, at least you care for your friends. But I'd say, just let her make her experience and only step in when she starts overdoing it, like getting completely drunk every weekend.

13 is rather young to start with alcohol but many people go through that phase and if I was a parent, I'd occasionally let my daughter drink a beer or some wine. It's not dangerous or something, beer is good, I don't even know why people are putting it equal to alcohol....oh well I do but... Maybe you could share a beer once after a meal or something, it's not going to affect any of you. If you want, that is.

And somehow i think she won't care?

Seriously dropping your friendship for beer? That's like buying a new car when your current one just has a scratch on its front.

Don't be a wuss and join her by getting drunk and go sheet blood overnight.
