When this card attacks, change the Type of the monster this card attacks to a Dragon-Type monster. If this card would be attacked, the attacking monster's Type is changed to Dragon-Type. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, only Dragon-Type monsters can be Normal Summoned or Set. If a Dragon-Type monster you control would attack, change the attack targets Type to Dragon-Type. If a Dragon-Type monster you control would be attacked, change the Type of the attacking monster to a Dragon-Type monster.
