Every time your opponent draws or discards a card(s), inflict 300 damage to their Life Points. When a Spell or Trap Card is activated, place 1 Frost Counter on this card (max. 8 ). During your opponent's Draw Phase, you can remove 2 Frost Counters from this card for your opponent to discard 1 card from their hand. During your Main Phase, you can decrease the ATK and DEF of this card to 0, to place 1 Frost Counter on this card. During the Damage Step, you can remove 2 Frost Counters from this card to switch the ATK and DEF of this card until the end of the Damage Step. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, place Frost Counters on 1 monster on the field equal to the number of counters on this card. You can remove 2 Frost Counters from any card (other than this card) to switch 1 monster on the field to face-down Defense Position.[/align]

you have a misplaced comma after a certain zero. other than that, not really. the effect is maybe a little cluttered. this guy can do a lot.

i really liked the effect, its very origianal

Gets counter's very fast...very very fast though at least theres a max of 8

the first removal will get you back a counter.

Other then that its fine nifty effect
