[spoiler=[b]Lore[/b]]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 4 Machine-type monsters in your Graveyard from play and paying 1800 Life Points. While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up monsters are treated as Machine-type monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle if there are 5 or more face-up Machine-type monsters on the field. Once per turn, you can discard 3 cards to add Machine-type monster in your Graveyard to your hand. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF when a Machine-type monster is destroyed.

I don't really think it needs to be fixed, since it's only SLIGHTLY OP, anyways

 

Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to add 1 Machine-type monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

-that's basically discarding only 1 card.

 

This card gains 200 ATK and DEF when a Machine-type monster is destroyed

-so theoretically this card could get 4000+ ATK, that's insane (but of course, it's only a theory)

Well, look at Cyber End Dragon. He's got 4000 ATK and 2800 DEF and inflicts piercing damage. And he's Lv 10 just like my monster.

Again LP can be easily gained so it is not good as a drawback.

You can have another 2 card of the same monster in your hand by the 3rd effect !! I think this effect should be removed.

I still think that geting any machine monster is not balance but I am geting out of this conversation now.
