Pic by me, and holoed by me. Thought I'd give holoing a try, since I'm pretty familiar with GIMP, and it wouldn't be too hard. I think I spent more time on the holo than the actual card though. ;P

1 Tuner + 1 one or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Summoned, you can place it face-up on the bottom of your Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. If you draw this card during your Draw Phase, you can Special Summon it to the field to destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. Inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.[/align]

For once Synchros can be put into the deck :O You have to be patient with this card, seeing you have to wait for yourself to draw it. I think it kinda sucks that it has to be by your Draw Phase. But I gets thats one way for it to be balanced. Can deal some nice burn damage while pissing of your opponent. But the card is situational. Like if your opponent has no monsters on their field. Nice card in all. It does remind me of a sniper, hiding in the deck then waiting for the right moment to strike. 9.4/10

Little situational and.. weird. I thought that Synchros couldn't be placed in your Deck, don't know but I think it is against the rules... But, nah whatever, if the card says, then you can. lol

I like it, very fun to play with.

The holo effect is good, the pic is good overall. The effect is definitely unique, it could be used to make big plays or it could never come up at all, whgich I guess adds to the balance of the card. Did you ever consider making an entire archtype of cards like this (that put themselves face-up in the Deck, then have effects when you draw them)?
