Mysty
With fusions getting unspecific material becoming more and more common (specifically' date=' the E-Heroes) it's getting to the point where Future Fusion is becoming more like Painful Choice or Foolish Burial with a free beatstick after 2 turns. In the end, when it comes to "what contributes more to the game" between Future Fusion and Absolute Zero, FGD, and E-Hero Gaia, I tend to lean more towards the 3 fusions then the continuous spell.[/quote'] You forgot Worm Zero and Chimeratech Overdragon. I can see Zero being forgotten because you can argue its bannability either way, but Chimeratech Overdragon should be banned. Had fusions been done right this entire game (with rather generic Fusion Material unless one specific monster is ABSOLUTELY needed), I would agree with Pika. With Fusions starting to get more generic, I start to lean more and more toward banning Future Fusion rather than the Fusions "done right." However, Chimeratech Overdragon should be banned regardless of Future Fusion's status. As of right now, the "rather generic" fusions either don't have especially good targets for Future Fusion or are heavily used for being able to ditch its wide range of targets, so I approve of banning the more powerful/wider ranged generic fusions (F.G.D., Absolute Zero, Worm Zero, etc.) in favor of keeping Future Fusion for now.Worm Zero and Ab0 should stay. I'm not too sure. Worm won't be played too much right now due to the fact the Polymerization or Fusion Gate is needed as its Fusion card (correct me if I'm wrong), so it probably won't be used except for two Worm Fusion or so, due to the lack of advantage. I personally find Absolute Zero summonable by so many cards (some of which provide no disadvantage) and its monster nuke effect quite powerful, which is why I approve of its banning. Banning Worm Zero for Future Fusion to me is more like a trade-off for which card contributes more to the game. FuFu @3 makes Worm Zero a card worth playing. And a fun deck. It also makes Worm Zero able to clear the opponent's field and attack for at least 8000. I've had enough of that from Chimeratech Overdragon, thank you very much. Not to mention Worm Victory.Fun is relative, so I can't argue much with your opinion except by stating that it is simply your opinion and not a fact. Ab0 requires you to run a deck filled with decent cards to summon 1 card. Plus, Mach Gadgets could easily rape AbZero. (Smashing, summon Fortresses that got destroyed from Grave, Normal Summon a Gadget, proceed to win) Counterability doesn't imply balance. D hero Zero is dumb because of D Draw and Allure @1, and E hero Zero is a decent, fun deck that doesn't deserve to be banned. E-Hero decks don't need this: they have many other Fusions to use their Elemental Heros. I would be perfectly fine with Zero if it didn't have the "easy" monster nuke effect, but since it does, I think ban.E-Hero Zero's "any HERO" fusion material made it kinda out of place and allowed for Malicious to be abused. Since Malicious would probably be limited on a 3-0 list, D-Heros wouldn't have any particularly powerful cards to abuse with Zero and Future fusion and wouldn't need Zero anyway. Worm Zero with 8000 requires you to draw FuFu while you still have 20 + Worms in deck... Not likely. Fun is fun. Besides, you have to wait 2 turns for it to happen, unlike with Chimeratech. I kind of said that wrong. I meant to say decent but not good. And counterability doesn't imply balance, but it does imply getting beaten. If Ab0 was as good as you're saying, it would be meta. D hero Zero is dumb because of D Draw and Allure @1, and E hero Zero is a decent, fun deck that doesn't deserve to be banned. I don't think that it should be banned because you have to play a tier 5 deck to use it. EDIT: Just noticed this.Let's print Robotoadin.Google search for Robotoadin provides no results. metalflygon08
Imagine if zombies/infernities/blackwings/x-sabers/meta archtype had a FGD-like card... this thin thins the deck and gives you a beatstick in 2 turns. (I use it in AG's to get rid of golems before I draw them, savng Trade-In for Dragons that can be SS'ed later)
