Luna Lovegood
The most powerful Sea Serpent in terms of attack and defense. No one has faced this beast and survived.
Once per turn, when a Spell Card is activated, you can add 1 Sea Serpent-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. If it has "Deep" in it's card name, you can pay Life Points equal to it's Level x 300 to Special Summon it.
Activate only when a Monster is destroyed as a result of battle. All face-up Sea Serpent Type Monsters gain 1000 ATK until the end of this turn. All Battle Damage inflicted until the end of this turn is reduced to 0.
If you Tribute Summon a Sea Serpent Type Monster, you can treat this 1 monster as 2 Tributes. If you do, the Summoned monster cannot be destroyed by Card Effect until the end of your opponent's next turn.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Destroying 1 face-up 'Blue Beast of the Deep' or any three face-up Sea Sepent Type Monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a Sea-Serpent monster, then you can Special Summon 1 'Blue Beast of the Deep' from your Graveyard.
Tribute this card to destroy two cards your opponent controls.
No one knows what this beast truly looks like. All that have seen it have perished into the ocean. Image credit goes to various YCM artists. I'm working on more, don't worry ;)

caner5000
Minor errors....Almost perfect, Just that to me RTOB-EN005 is op'd and in RTOB-EN006 "two" should be "2". But i like them i give a 9.9/
Sylphiend
Could see 006, other than a few OCG errors, these cards are quite good, 8.5/
Luna Lovegood
I don't see how it is overpowered, seeing as you either need to tribute 3 monsters, or 1 monster which in itself requires two tributes

I dunno about the OCG, but destroying a 3000 ATK monster by card effects is easier then by battle, and since it was the boss monster, it needed some form of invincibility

No.39 希望皇ホープ
Overall these cards, coupled with existing Sea Serpents, could make a powerful Beatdown Deck@005 Destroying = tributing@006 two = 2these were the only OCG errors I noticed, although I wasn't very thurogh, pics are good, effects are pretty much balanced in my opinion... 8.5/

ComingSoonNOT123
you have some OCG errors, some effects are quite bland but overall the cards are decent :)glad to see some vanilla cards
Luna Lovegood
Thanks :) You should try and remember not every card needs 10 different effects to be 'creative'. Sometimes, simple cards that work together are creative
