200 Point Sig Request (Contains cursing.)

So here's the deal. I want the best sig I could possibly get from you rag-tag group of folks.

 

I want a Wide but short sig. I want it to have a textured Red background with the following pic Rendered, cut from the wrist down and placed on the far left with "Austin 3:16" on the bottom of the render.

I also want the words "funk the world" on the far right in textured black letters. (The F word must not be censored.)

I want Austin himself to be textured as well, but not as textured as the background. I also want the text to be BIG and BOLD. You can add my name onto it too if you want, but leave out that stupid Comic Book sound effect bubble.

 

Your best bet on this is to use GIMP or Photoshoop, I mean Photoshop.
