Dream Cabbage Posted July 21, 2010 Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 Well the good thing about it is that if your opponent specs a monster during your turn by using, lets say, The Shallow Grave. Maybe you activate that card that turns all face-down monsters into face-up. That gets counted as a Flip Summon, it would be your turn so you could activate this. Making it a trap would mean that, if you set it on the turn your opponent specs a monster and you have burden of the mighty, they spec gorz when you attack.
