Atleast look at others for examples before making a card like this. It's one of HP Doom's pics. You forgot Image Credit and the picture is overused. Your OCG was pretty off. FYI, OCG stands for "Official Card Grammar". If you want to post "REALISTIC Cards", then you're gonna have to get the OCG down pat as well. I gave you a low rating for balance because this card INSANELY Underpowered. It's Level 8 and requires 3 monsters with 1 being a Specific Type. It also only gives you an effect that most other cards can do for much less effort. NO ONE in their right minds would use this. I gave you a 0 for Uniqueness because this is just like every other noob card. It's terrible. Of course, if you ask someone (Like me for instance) for help, I could help you make a really good card. PLEASE feel free to ask for help! Don't feel afraid! I was just like you when I joined 3 years ago. (Suggestions)I suggest lowering the ATK to around 2600, or 2700. As well as removing the "Once per turn" limiter on the effect. That would make it more worth using. Also, attempt to find a different picture for this card. It doesn't really fit a Synchro well and given that I know where that guy is from (Nightmare from Soul Caliber), it would work better as a Pop Culture card pic.
