I wouldn't. I'm selfish. It's my life' date=' they shouldn't 'ef it up.

My post, although never say in public you are selfish. Because you get a bunch of hate from people who are actually caring and that crap.

There is no reason why you should ever give up your own life to save someone else. Unless, of course, you are the extreme opposite of being selfish and put others before yourself. That's even worse, tbqh.

Your logic is, "It's stupid to give a damn about anyone but yourself?" I'm not saying that's wrong, because it's a chosen outlook on your life. I'm just curious as to why?

Anyone I love or care for' date=' so pretty much everyone.

This will sound either really nerdy or lies and retarded but, [b']all of my Yugioh cards too.[/b] They're my prized possessions, and I worked hard to earn the money for them.

Im sorry but shut up, you would rather die then see a piece of cardboard get destroyed. What is wrong with you?

No, I didn't say that at all. Personally, I don't give a damn about anyone other than myself, but I know that not everyone can go to such extremes, and that my method of dealing with life could be horribly wrong. But it's been working for me, so I don't give a damn.

What I said was this: you are the extreme opposite of being selfish and put others before yourself

Meaning that at every possible place, you give yourself up for someone else. Essentially, you are being used an infinite amount of times. A bad example would be you walking down a street and you see a homeless, hungry person. You have a bag of chips. My logic is that you eat the chips and walk away. The "generally correct" logic is to share the chips, since you are probably hungry as well. The logic that I am talking about is giving the chips to the man. If you are hungry, and you have a bag of chips, there is no reason why you should give up fully what is rightfully yours to help out someone else. Put yourself before others, but that doesn't mean you can't make room for others.

Oh I see. That's not so bad when you re-worded it for me to understand. xD

I guess I've just had some experiences that have put a little more emphasis on the "making room" part. I can't really explain it, but it's how I feel about some people.

Well, its bad, when I wouldn't die for half of my family but I'd die for a random stranger in a situation where its called.

But if you wanna get serious, I'd die for only 1 person.

Not counting how many people i'd play "hero" and go into a burning building or take on a guy with a knife or something for. I'd do that to anyone i'm close to.
