When this card is activated , all cards is unable to be in defense position. All cards that are not Dark type will have their ATK decreased by 500. when this card is destroyed all monster cards on the field will be turned into defense position

I like these cards heres the improved grammer for Death's Presence

 

"When this card is activated, all cards are switched to attack position and remain in attack position while this card is face up on the field. While this card is face up on the field all non-Dark Type monsters ATK is decreased by 500."

Fixed OCG error of Phazer: "As long as this card is face-up on the field, all monsters are switched to Defense Position, and cannot change their battle position. The ATK of all Non-DARK monsters decreases by 500. If this card is destroyed, all monsters are switched to Defense Position."
