...Whats In My Head...

Over the several weeks I have tried to progress in my "Card Making Skills" most if not all cards I have made are "Failed Experiments". I feel very old (Not physically just mentally) at this game of card creation. All the new players seem to progress twice... not even twice but three times faster in "Card Making Skill" then I have since I have joined in Feb. 17, 07, not even that far back, even further back to July 03, 2006 when I joined Pojo.com Forums where I tried making cards. As for those who go "You take this game of pixels/cardboard way to seriously" try being in my shoes of trying to craft a card, having it filled with mistakes even if you try your best to fix every error and grammar issues, along with powerfulness issues of cards. Our expectations of fellow card makers has grown to high for my taste where your card is "Konami or Bust" kind.

To get to the end of what my thoughts are: "I retiring from card making."

Death i know your problem str8 away

and was actually going to post it in one of your threads.

You think so much into the actual card game itself that your cards become either to overpowered or just not as they should be.

You always think of how the cards can be used in combo's etc.

When i make cards, i forget about the real crappy cardstock/board game and think of what the game should be like.

Try making a card without thinking into real card gameplay, and you may find its extremely good.

Look at my Dj's for example, i never thought of how they would fair in the real game, and yet they turned out great lol

You are good, just you take this game far to seriously then it should be taken ^_^

Make more cards ^_^

If you ever need help with card making just ask me, i will gladly help, i help quite alot of members via PM.
