WAAAY OP. For that effect to be even remotely balanced, it needs to have tribute to summon. (I mean, you're taking a monster from your opponent. It can work as tribute fodder. Plus, the card can immediately come out with 2250 ATK first turn. As for the art, gia's art is generally overused, but still good. 4/10 until the effect becomes less OP.

3. I wanted it overpowered, so it would be ultimate. But there are a lot of way more overpowered real cards.

Original Source Jazinkay also usually mirrors it to avoid actually asking the original artist (And they failed to even do that). (something I make a habit of doing)

I have a card in my deck called "Mystical Beast Serket", it has 2500 ATK and gains 500 ATK every time it destroys a monster by battle.

And I have Emes the Infinity who has the same ATK and gains 700 ATK every time it destroys a monster. With Dragon Prototype's effect you can steal it from my hand. And Emes needs two tributes, and Serket has special conditions for being on the field. this makes both of them less cheap that the card you posted here.
