Dandelo
Vayu is the Hindu diety of wind, and is said to literally breathe the wind, thus the name. Have at it. You can Normal Summon this card by returning 1 "Mist Valley" monster and 2 cards you control to your hand. While this card is face-up on the field, whenever a card on the field is returned to the owner's hand, your opponent must discard 1 card in their hand that is the same card-type, if they can. If this card is returned to your hand by a card effect, you can Special Summon it by Tributing 1 "Mist Valley" monster. If you do, return 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field to the owner's hand. touzaikokon
Pretty interesting. I'm not well informed on the Mist Valley archetype, but I do understand that they return cards to the hand, which this card does. It seems pretty balanced to me, so no complaints there. But a couple of things... "card-type" should read, "Card Type (Monster, Spell or Trap)." That way, it clears up confusion. Also, do returning the cards count as a Special Summon? I think they would, but you did say they were Tributes for the Normal Summon... All in all, though, a very cool card, and interesting idea. Cows198
awesome concept, but way too easy to summon. You can just set 3 spell/trap cards and get this out no prob. maybe make it 3 face up cards or restrict it 3 monster cards. creative effect though and works very well with the mist valley theme. btw, it isnt a tribute summon if your not tributing monsters, change it to Normal Summon or Special Summon. Also the name vayu is taken by this card: BW - Vayu the Emblem
RickiMinaj
Also the name vayu is taken by this card: BW - Vayu the Emblem It can be like a different stand point of vayu. Like how there are different stand points of genex monstersI'm kind of iffy on the whole tribute summon thing. But yea, the summoning condition is way to easy. Add this with a spring of rebirth and you've got life point and summon domination. I would suggest changing the first line too; "You can Special Summon this card by returning 1 "Mist Valley" monster and 2 cards you control to your hand." That would seem more appropriate and not abuse wothy in those quick summon decks.
Dandelo
I actually meant it to be return 3 face-up cards, I just didn't specify. But yeah, i'll change those Summoning conditions.
