This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing the top 15 cards from your Deck. If during your Draw Phase you draw a card with "Cardmaster" in it's name, your opponent loses 500 Life Points. If you draw a Spell or Trap card, you may double your Life Points. If you draw a monster with under 1500 ATK, you may Special Summon it to the field, ignoring summoning conditions. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you lose 4000 Life Points.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 4 monsters. If you draw a card with under 2000 ATK, you may Special Summon it to the field, ignoring summoning conditions. When this card is on the field, you may summon level 5 and 6 monsters without a Tribute and level 7 and 8 monsters with only one Tribute. If there is another "Cardmaster" on the field, this card can attack directly. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you lose 4000 Life Points.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing monsters with a total DEF of over 5000. Whenever there is another "Cardmaster" on the field, your opponent can only target this card in battle or by card effects. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap effects. If this card is destroyed by a monster effect, you lose 4000 Life Points.

This is a new idea i came up with. I'm making a set based on them. Tell me what you think!!

~ "defense" should be "DEF" (doesn't apply with positions)

~ "spell or trap" should be "Spell or Trap"

~ "deck" should be "Deck"

~ "tributing" should be "Tributing"

~ I think you meant to misspell "Dragon" (You spelt it "Dragoon")

I do think Lord of the Draw is a bit OP'ed, the pictures are good, and there's a few OCG errors.
