You can remove this card from play to negate the Special Summon of a non-LIGHT monster. If this card is removed from play due to its own effect, you can draw 1 extra card during your Draw Phase for each LIGHT Synchro monster in your Graveyard. If a LIGHT monster on your side of the field is destroyed by battle with a monster that has twice its ATK, you can Special Summon this removed from play card to your side of the field.

well, first off, in its current manor, it seems broken. you stated draw phase like it applies every draw phase. does it apply every draw phase, or only your next draw phase? And on top of everything else, it looks more like a psychic monster than a spell caster :3

It's intended to be every draw phase, since this card is removed from play, you're not guaranteed a Light Synchro in your graveyard.

 

And I guess you're right, it does look like a psychic. ._.
