Lore:

This card can only be Summoned while you control a face-up Zombie-Type monster on the field. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Soul Counter on this card (max. 3). This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each Soul Counter on it. Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, place 1 Soul Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Soul Counters from the field to have all face-up Zombie-Type monsters you control (except this card) gain 200 ATK for each Soul Counter removed until the end of the turn. One time only, you can remove 3 Soul Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. If this effect is activated,discard the 3 top cards from you and your opponent's Deck.

this is one of the best cards i've seen in the past few days. the image gets 9/10, effect is good, but not that original (its pretty much impossible to create an "original" effect). as far as i can tell (which isn't a lot), no ocg errors. 8.5/10. NOTE: the highest score i usually give is 9

Reckon It should be "discard the 3 top cards from both players decks" instead of "discard the 3 top cards from you and your opponent's deck.

The last effect is unneeded and the card flows out of theme in its own effect. It starts off with attack manipulation then runs over to revival. I understand it is zombie, but still, there has to be a theme within the card. It would be better if it was, instead of special summon 1 zombie from the grave, decrease the atk of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0. That would be nice, because it allows you to stick with its own effect theme and allows you to take down an opponents monster. The discard the top 3 cards of your deck thing is unneeded too. It's just kind of an effect killer. It's going over bored right there, even if it is a drawback to its effect. And if you really think about it, it has its own drawback, the fact that it has to kill 2 monsters before it can actually use its effect.

 

The image is really nice, I really do love it.

You've gotten better; before your OCG was... well... bad. This isn't really original, but it is a bit. I love how you used counters. And I agree with Essence. Less Lightsworn, moar Black Rose Dragon. 8.75/10
