Correct OCG:

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all WIND monsters by 500 points and decrease the ATK of all EARTH monsters by 400 points. If this card was Special Summoned, increase the ATK of all Dragon-Type monsters you control by 500 points.

 

Now lets go onto the card. To start off, this card is severely OP'd IMO. The card itself is already at pretty much 3000 ATK, and possibly even 3500, which most monsters can't run over these days unless they were beefed up by effects. The EARTH hating effect would most likely hurt the archetype X(X)-Sabers, seeing they're mostly the EARTH Attribute, and just makes them easier to run over. This can also hate on a few Tuners and Synchros as well. Something that simply just makes it a tad more OP'd is that it's a Level 8, making it a target for the card Trade-In. Overall, the effect isn't that original, since it's just a stat booster, and could use a few drawbacks. Also, no offense, but I'm not a fan of how you said on your member title that you are 'The Best Card Maker Alive', mainly because that seems somewhat cocky, and because this is truly an opinion. Overall, the card gets a 5.3/10

I'm not really sure how to change the member title right now with the new YCM format. A reason why you might not be able to save as well is because the new YCM still has a few bugs in them, one being you can't save a card you would make. But someone said the glitches and bugs will all be gone and everything will be sorted out in an estimation of 1-2 weeks or so, or hopefully sooner then that.
