Robotic Armor Series-L]

When this card is Summoned, equip it to a face-up monster that have last digit 5 or less in its Serial Numbers (you choose). The equipped monster gain ATK and DEF equal to its first digit in its Serial Numbers x 200. Once per turn, you can sum all face-up cards Serial Numbers. If the total sum equal to 80000000 or more, return all other monsters to its owner hand. If the total sum equal to 79999999 or less, you can draw 1 additional card from your Deck during your next Draw Phase. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, return this card to your hand.

Too complicated. You tried to make it original, but it just feels too complicated to have to think about.

Please elabourate with an example playthrough of the card.

Ok, i'll give an example:

1. On the field you have 1 face-up Great White (SN: 13429800) and 1 face-down Trap Hole. (SN: 04206964)

2. Your opponent have 1 face-up Kaibaman (SN: 34627841) and 1 face-down Spellbinding Circle (SN: 18807108)

3. During your turn, you summoned Robotic Armor Series-L (SN: 17542090).

4. Because of this card effect ("When this card is Summoned, equip it to a face-up monster that have last digit 5 or less in its Serial Numbers (you choose)."), you must equip this card to either Great White or Kaibaman because both of those cards have last digit 5 or less in its Serial Numbers (Great White (SN: 13429800) and Kaibaman (SN: 34627841)).

5. You of course equip it to your monster (Great White) and the Great White gain 200 ATK and DEF because of Robotic Armor Series-L's effect ("The equipped monster gain ATK and DEF equal to its first digit in its Serial Numbers x 200."Great White (SN: 13429800)).

6. But your opponent activate the Spellbinding Circle and target your Great White. Thus your Great White cannot attack or change its Battle Position.

7. You then activate Robotic Armor Series-L once per turn effect: ("Once per turn, you can sum all face-up cards Serial Numbers. If the total sum equal to 80000000 or more, return all other monsters to its owner hand. If the total sum equal to 79999999 or less, you can draw 1 additional card from your Deck during your next Draw Phase.").

8. Now lets sum ALL the face-up cards SN! 13429800 + 34627841 + 17542090 + 18807108 = 84406839.

9. The result is 84406839, so lets return ALL other monsters to its owner hand (return Great White and Kaibaman to its owner hand).

10. Because of Robotic Armor Series-L's effect ("If the equipped monster would be destroyed, return this card to your hand."), Robotic Armor Series-L must return to your hand because the Great White is no longer on your field anymore.

I hope this explain the SN effect method. And yes, you will need a calculator in a Duel.

effects dont use serial numbers

Real Yugioh TCG doesn't use or hasn't implemented Serial Numbers as an effect method (yet) in their card's lore.

But this is not real Yugioh TCG. It called Custom Yugioh card and placed in Custom Card section, no? ;)

Custom card can use custom effects, my good sir.

Even for a custom card this is wacky ill give you credit for the creativity and originality of it. Its rather intresting concept and i cant really complain about OCG cause i have nothing compair it to but the wording seems a bit funny to me. 8/10 for an original idea, The picture is nice its the type of card that would just annoy people if it were real... My kind of card ;)

umm seems like a fun card

Fun if you have a calculator. If not... lets just say the Duel will be veeery long.

IMO its more original than complicated. It's clever and hasn't been done before, the OCG has very minor errors sooooooooo I give you 9/10.

I thought my OCG was perfect! XD

Thanks for the rating! :)

It's been a LOOOOOOONG time since I've seen a card this random.

And I LIKE RANDOM!!!

Seriously though, kudos for an incredible amount of creativity. This really hasn't been thought of before and gives meaning to Serial Numbers in-duel. The stats are balanced for quick, fair play and it has a drawback to it as well, 'cuz what if the ATK boost can only go to your opponent because only your opponent has a monster with a last Serial Number of 5 or less?

Also, if you have a good field of monsters and you activate the effect, there's the chance that you could lose that.

The only thing is the addition, no-one wants that, but a calculator would solve that.

Overall, I'm gonna give the big 10/10, 'cuz this is completely different and I just love it.

Well if your opponent has a monster with a last Serial Number of 5 or less and you don't, don't summon this card. Keep it always in your hand until you have a monster with a last Serial Number of 5 or less on your field.

It look like everyone is hate to sum multiple 8 digits number.

Thanks for that perfect rating! I never had 10/10 before. ;)

that effect is very creative i give you that but not very good

TY! Its effect is involving math, so yeah, it not very good.

I wonder if i use physics or chemistry as an effect? :P
