Engetsu Posted August 3, 2010 Report Share Posted August 3, 2010 Your card has many noticeable OCG error's, and it doesn't say what happens to the cards that are non-WATER monsters, or Spells and Traps. Are they discarded to the Graveyard or what? Plus the card is slightly OP'd. It should be something like this, or similiar anyways. "While this card remains face-up on the field, both players can add 1 WATER monster from their deck to their hand instead of conducting a normal draw in their Draw Phase. Both players can Tribute Summon level 7 or higher WATER monsters with only 1 Tribute. Both players take no Battle Damage involving WATER monsters." ^^^ This is only an example, plus I think I made an OCG error or two lol >_< It's a interesting card though, just fix up the OCG and water down the effects a bit 6/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
