This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Magic Clock Ritual".This card can summon one "Clock Token"(Machine-Light-1 Star-Attack/Defense 100) every turn.Send one "Clock Token" from your field to your graveyard every turn.This card gains 100 Attack/Defense points for every "Clock Token" sent to your graveyard with this effect.

 

 

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Clock Engineer".You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand.

(Machine-Light-1 Star-Attack/Defense 100) > i actually dont know, but i know it should have "Level 1" not "1 Star" and ATK and DEF.

This card gains 100 Attack/Defense points for every "Clock Token" sent to your graveyard with this effect. > Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 100 for every "Clock Token" sent to your Graveyard with this effect.

graveyard > Graveyard

 

there might be more OCG problems tho. pic is pretty bad

Pretty much the same but i would say that its just a bad quality on the picture, otherwise its fine
