This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 1 "Judgment Dragon" or 5 or more "Lightsworn" monsters with different names in your Graveyard. When this card is summoned you can return you to 2 "Lightsworn" monster or 1 "Judgment Dragon" to you Deck. Once per turn, you can return 1 "Lightsworn" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck to negate the activation and effect of a Card and remove it from play. During your End phase you can add up to 3 "Lightsworn" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck.

I presume thats what you ment :3 if im wrong correct me. I added that in cause it can be misinterpreted.

Hmm..Kinda the opposite of the usual Lightsworns. I can see this being helpful. Great recycling. get to reuse Wulf plenty of times

Image is fantastic

Seems fair to me although im not sure being staight forward and blunt by saying "3 'Lightsworn'" is balanced. Maybe just say to top 3 cards. Cause right now you could do some pretty hardcore recycling and since you already do so much recycling with its previous effect (which makes it pretty powerful since its a Stardust Lightsworn). Maybe also reducing it to 2? And lower the ATK because currently this practically makes it indestructable since you can just return an LS to negate any threatening Spells or Traps (and you'll most likely have plenty) and with an attack as such, yes there are stronger monsters but while this is out your opponent will be hard pressed to get it out so that eliminates destruction by battle.

But thats me. And now that i've said all that i think it may be a bit OP. not entirely sure though.

Still really good!

First effect is similar to JD's summoning, which can be easy to pull off. I like how it can either by 5 LS's with different names or just JD. Second sentence summoned should be capitalized. That second effect is simple but great recycling for the Lightsworns. Return any monsters you might still need, giving you a chance to use them again, and gives you a better chance of not losing be a deck-out. That third effect though, can be quite OP'd. Purely because LS mill like no damn tomorrow, so you'll have lots of fodder for this effect. What makes it a tad more OP'd is the Lightsworns go back to the deck, recycling them and negating your opponents card is a +2 for you and a -1 for your opponent. Last effect has more simple recycling that is optional, and could be useful. But 3 might be a tad high IMO. Maybe reduce it to 2? That's just my opinion though. It also benefits for being a Level 8, being able to be targeted by Trade-In, which is just another small reason to make this a tad more OP'd. Overall, 9.7/10

for me it seems good that it recycles card to the deck, so at some point you cannot active the negate option,

Some things to change.

Return up to 3 to deck, this is an option it should be always 3 , if you cannot destroy it.

Summoning should be harder, 1 jd + 5 ls monsters
