Tiamat - the Mutant of the Sea

First effect makes it a hidden beater. It can go from 1600 to 2200 until your next Standby, which is great because now your opponent has to run over a tough 2200 beater instead of a weaker 1600. That last effect as a drawback, can be helpful for stall if your opponent cannot give piercing damage, because 2200 can be run over by most synchros. The card itself pretty much makes you use it's first effect during your turn to run over a nuisance. Overall, 9.7/10

Tiamat - the Devourer of the Sea

This card can be a tad OP'd if you have a decent amount of life points or if your confident enough that you'll win the duel in that turn using this effect, but it's effect can be countered in some ways. One way being Stardust Dragon. This card can easily destroy monsters if this card itself can't run them over. I'm starting to see what's their main effects/strategy now. And your right about this being called the Devourer of the Sea, mainly because it fits the effect greatly. Overall, 9.8/10

Tiamat - the Lurer of the Sea

Your also right calling this a Lurer with that first effect. Second effect somewhat confuses me. So you can only toss a coin if the attacking monster is a level 3 or lower? Calling it right benefits you. It's like Devourer's effect, but with a game of chance. This card can also become quite the beater overtime. Just kill a 2000 ATK monster with this card's effect, this card would already be at 1800. Overall, 9.7/10

Tiamat - the Lurker of the Sea

First effect protects it from you or your opponent targeting it while it's in DEF, with a solid 1800. That second/last effect I've seen used by other cards as well, but IMO, their would be no use attacking with this card with only a mere 800 ATK, unless your attacking a low level monster or a direct attack that is. Decent stall, protection and small battle damage this card can give all leads to a overall of 9.6/10

Tiamat - the Tank of the Sea

First effect reminds me of Cloudians. Every 2 turns? Kinda 'bleh'. That last effect can sure piss of your opponent, but most Level 8-9 synchros can run over 2600. Seeing it's somewhat easy in the current meta to get out 2800+ ATK beaters onto the field through synchroing, special summoning, etc. It's a decent beater though for it's Level being 5, which I like. Overall, 9.6/10

Tiamat - the Striker of the Sea LV5

Oh look a level monster. First effect dishes out piercing damage, which this card can easily give with it being also a 2600 beater. Switching it to DEF after attacking a DEF seems like a solid enough drawback. But the drawback works great with that last effect, how you can tribute it for the higher level version if it was switched to DEF. But the problem is, with only 500 DEF, do you think it can last 1 of your opponents turn without getting destroyed? Overall, 9.6/10

Tiamat - the Striker of the Sea LV7

Right now I can't see the card, so I don't know the stats and all. So I'll just go by the effects. First effect is standard piercing then switching to DEF after attacking. This card can become quite the beater but then that DEF drawback of 100 can really hurt this card, getting this that much closer to getting run over. I don't know how much of a beater this card is or how much DEF this card has though, so I can't fully rate this card until I know the stats.

Tiamat - the Hunter of the Sea

Hm...I don't recall seeing any tuners, so I'm guessing your making one. Before I rate the effect, what's with most of your Level 5-6's having 2600 ATK? xD First effect makes it attack all monsters your opponent controls, which can disrupt your opponent from doing upcoming combos they were thinking on or OTK's. For each monster destroyed though, you have to pay life points equal to that monsters level x 100, which is a solid enough drawback. Last effect puts it into DEF equal to the number of monsters it can over, but now this monster also has a mere 500 DEF. Overall, 9.7/10

The Lord of the Bathypelagic

Summoning requirements can be easy to pull off, even though the archetype is missing some decent swarmers. Can protect itself like the Lurker can, as long as it does not attack. Attacking every 3 turns seems reasonable. Last effect forces your opponent to try to run it over, giving your opponent minimal to massive battle damage. It's also a level 8, making it being able to be targeted by Trade-In. Overall, 9.8/10

Strike of the Abyss

First effect just gives your whole archetype into a beatdown deck. But then their can be a quite steep cost of having to pay half the ATK of those Tiamats, and like said before, most of them are beaters or can become beaters. Nice support overall. 9.8/10

Tiamat Archetype Review

The basic effect of them are using effects/drawbacks that involve ATK and DEF. This makes them look like a basic beatdown deck with a few tricks up their sleeves. The archetype itself is missing a few basic type of cards. Cards that give draw power, cards that swarm, cards that search, basic stuff. But then again, maybe all of that might not be needed in this archetype. The archetype also has some steep costs that switches them into to DEF, this mainly goes for the Level 5+, which makes them rather easy to run over with most of the high levels having low DEF stats. This makes you use cards that support their DEF stats, so they won't get run over. Some of their ATK stats are quite high or can grow quite high like I stated in one of them. I'm currently wondering if they'll have a field spell. As a whole though, the archetype gets a 10/10.

Tiamat - the Striker of the Sea LV7

Now that I can see it's stats and such, it can become quite the beater but you should boost up the DEF because this card would be ran over in 3 turns or less with that drawback of switching it to DEF. Maybe to a solid 1800-2000 would be good? My rate for this card becomes a 9.7/10

Tiamat - the Cursed Men of the Sea

Shouldn't it be man? xD And the picture is disturbing. Well now lets see what the Tiamats first tuner has in stock. To start off, after using it for the synchro summon of a Tiamat, it you can pay a small cost to equip it to one of your opponents monsters. Then, as soon as that monster declares an attack, you have to remove from play this card, and after that, get to choose what monster the equipped monster well, attacks. This can be really helpful when you drive the equipped monster to one of your Tiamat beaters that are on the field. Quite unique with the effect and is great for controlling your opponents monsters when your not really controlling them. IMO though, I think it kinda sucks that you have to remove it from play as soon as that monster declares an attack. 9.9/10

Changing the Archetypes Type

It's all your opinion. Making them Sea Serpents can finally put some use to the Sea-Serpent type, plus, the Cursed Man would fit better as a Sea Serpent then a fish. So overall, I say you should switch them to Sea Serpents, but it's your choice.

the Lord of the Abyssopelagic

Dang that's a long name xD It's a Level 10 with poor stats to start off with, which I'm not really liking. Having to Tribute 3 Tiamats is interesting. Can control your opponents monsters moves quite easily and could break down your opponent. Can also help with stall if you keep on changing the target to a big beater. That last effect makes lots of sense, but x50 is really really small. Just make it x100 IMO. Overall, only thing that bugs me is the stats. And Summoned should be capitalized. Either increase the stats or decrease the Level is what I'm saying. 8.3/10

The Maze Cave of the Tiamats

First effect is a nice 200 boost for your monsters. Nice way to protect your Tiamats with a chance of tripling the stats, which can make 1000 DEF to a whopping 3000 DEF. Or, if the monster has 1000-2000 DEF, it can be doubled to 2000 to even 4000, which can be somewhat OP'd. Last effect is nice, switching your Tiamats back to their normal position. Overall, it's nice for continuing a beatdown, and protecting your monsters from their main weakness, their DEF. Overall, 9.9/10

#2

Less OP'd then the first one, but I like the original Tiamat Field Spell for more originality. This one get s 9.8/10 So yeah, if you want, you can change it to a Continuous Spell, but that means you should find a new picture, otherwise it'd be kinda weird having 2 completely different cards with the same picture.

Tiamat - the Lurer of the Sea

OCG FIX:

If you control this monster, your opponent cannot select any other monster you control as an attack target. If this card is attacked by a Level 3 or lower monster, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy the attacking monster, and add half the attacking monster's ATK to this card.

^i say this one is OP'd. F.G.D attack this monster....BAM super powerful monster if called right.

Tiamat - the Tank of the Sea

OCG FIX:

If this card is in Defense Position, destroy this card. If this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay Life Points equal to half the attacking monster's ATK to switch the ATK and DEF of this card until the end of the Damage Step.

there ok. could an will be better;)
