1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

Your opponent can pay 2000 Life Points to negate the summon of this card. During your Main Phase, you can select 1 monster on either side of the field. The selected monster is treated as a Field Spell Card, and is place face-up in either players' Field Spell Card zone. As long as both Field Spell Card zones on the field are occupied by monster cards, monsters on your side of the field cannot be targeted by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards. You cannot activate this effect if your opponent's Field Spell Card zone is occupied already, when this card is Summoned.

Just a very minor OCG change.

This card is almost perfect. I think there should be an effect that if another Field Spell is activated then the effect is negated otherwise there is little to no chance of escaping this effect once it's activated. 9.5/10

This is a pretty good card. It's creative and balanced. I just have one thing I don't understand - it says you can't activate this effect if a Field Spell Zone is already occupied, so if you wanted to fill both Zones, would you have to activate a Field Spell from your hand? And if you did, wouldn't that activate and destroy the one on the field? I suppose you could Set a card in the other Zone, but I think you need to add something in the card's effect that allows you to have both Zones be occupied, otherwise the final effect is too hard to use, and this card loses some utility.
