This monster's Level is increased by the Level of monsters it destroys by battle. If this would be destroyed, you can decrease this card's level by 4, if you cannot, remove from play this card and take 2000 damage. If this card attacks directly, increase it's level by 1.

Seems pretty overpowered, it could have pretty high ATK.

it starts with 3200 atk , if you make 300 it is more balanced, so it is still a 2400 atk beast

From my logical standpoint I would think it wouldn't go over 12.

 

Still starting at 3.2K and increasing would easily get out of hand for your opponent. Or am I just critiquing Greed Quasar?
