Is it a glitch?

I've been given a few notices from some friends saying they can't log in, their password is okay, but it seems they just can't get in. Maybe it's a glitch against some IP addresses? since they can't even get in the forum I'm trying to help them get back on.

Happened to me.

 

I just did Password Recovery, and reset the password via e-mail.

It happened to me just today. Okay listen have they changed their Usernames and tried to Log in with their new Usernames? Tell them to write their Old Username when they are logging in it's not the password trust me.

only one has really changed her name, but it wasn't really recent, but that may be it for her, all different answers are helpful, so thanks

This is right, 'cause the message given when you change your name says your log in details do not change.
