I bring two cards for your taste buds to day, I hope you all like them.

 

 

Lore

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing five monster cards you control. Once per turn, you can decrease this cards ATK and DEF by 1000 to negate and destroy one card on the field. When this card is declared as an attack target, you can decrease this cards ATK and DEF by 1000 to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. During each of your End Phases, inflict 2000 damage to your Life Points, or destroy this card.

 

 

 

Lore

Select one Synchro monster in your Extra Deck. When your opponent controls 3 or more monsters and you control only 1 monster, you can Special Summon the selected card by tributing 1 monster you control. If the selected card destroys 3 monsters by result of battle, destroy it and this card. If the selected monster destroys Monster(s), Spell(s), or Trap Card(s) by its effect, inflict 1000 damage to your Life Points.

 

 

 

The OCG might need a little fixing, not sure, but I hope you like them.

Not bad, 1st isn't terribly overpowered, due to the drawbacks. But you can't just "negate a card and destroy it" unless it's activated.

 

And for the second card, you can't just destroy it since it's a quickplay.

 

Interesting effect though, kiu. ^_^

Good point, I forgot about that, the fact that the second is a quickplay. I should make it so its removed from play, thanks.

 

First card: Well, I didn't know how to make it so if he did activate it when you applied this effect, it would also negate it type deal. I wasn't for sure how that worked, so i figured that was the best way to protray it.
