Succumbing to Madness

Here's a new card I've made. Image Credit goes to HP Doom. Comments and Rates are appreciated.

 

 

Lore: When this card is activated, destroy 1 face-up monster you control. If you do not, this card is destroyed. During each of your Standby Phases, each face-up monster you control gains 300 ATK. While this card is face-up on the field, monsters you control cannot attack directly. When a monster is destroyed, put 1 Madness Counter(max.5) on this card. You can remove 5 Madness Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up card on the field. When this card is destroyed, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, your opponent loses 600 Life Points. If you call it wrong, you lose 600 Life Points.

Its okay, better than most but not the best. I personally wouldnt have much use for it but im sure plenty of others would. 8/10
