Is this card underpowered?

I dont need no lore. It depends on whther yur using a Fiend Type deck or not. If not this card would be WAY underpowered. But if you are, i guess this is actually a bit overpowered cuz, you could have drawn, like DGF, and things like that.

Anyway 5.5/10, cuz yur new, and thats a fairly good pic.

I'd say it is a bit underpowered. You may not draw 2, and also the fact that this a 1 tribute summon. Creative effect though.

It's not underpowered. You should probably add once per turn in its effect.

ok...forgot i had a magnifier on my pc lol......couple little things i noticed :

 

In the YCM, the field where is says circulation is supposed to be filled in with 1st EDITION/LIMITED EDITION or left blank. this is not where your set name goes lol.

 

Next, the picture what is it the quality is poor and i can hardly see it 1/5....

 

Last is your effect/ocg, u have a few typing errors 2.5/5 it needs some work but otherwise not bad. "If the 2 or more of the cards removed from play....." take out the first the it's unneeded (i do this all the time when im in a hurry or i erase to fix something and dont erase enough lol...no big deal. simple fixable mistake)

 

Try making the your effect more like this (strictly my own opinion)

"Pick up, not draw, the top three cards of your Deck. If any of the picked up cards are Fiend-Type monsters, Special Summon one of them to the field and remove the rest from play......."

 

and so on with the rest of your effect. Unless you have some kind of weird strategy going on that removes from play then special summon, it makes more sense to special summon then remove from play

 

Total Card Score 3.5/10 keep trying

 

so i would have to say yes it is underpowered unless u use a Fiend-Type Deck
