Rate and tell how I could balance this out (Preferably without something solid or fixed, like you lose XXXX life points).

 

At the end of your opponents Battle Phase, you can attack with monsters you control. Any battle damage dealt to your opponent outside of your Battle phase is dealt to you instead. If monsters that you control are destroyed during your turn, you may Special Summon 1 of those monsters during your End Phase, then halve that monster's ATK and DEF.

So wait. If you decide to use this card's effect to declare an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase, any Battle Damage theoretically inflicted to your opponent is inflicted to you instead?

 

You can balance this card out by simply removing the final effect.

Yes, the damage would be done to you instead. This is a utility card and I figured that self damage would sift out the harassment that this would otherwise allow.

very nice the OCG is wrong but i can understand what you mean.

Best i could come up with for now i could see this card being abused with dandylion or Pyramid turtles

I kinda sorta get what your trying to get at with this card.... Its original ill give it that- Im not crazy about the picture but the effect is well, original. Ill give it a 7.5/10
