I have an effect fix for you.

 

Name: Halubaris, the Titan of Unigarond (your name is too long and has incorrect capitalization).

 

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 5 monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, destroy all cards you control and discard your hand. This card is returned to the bottom of your Deck during the End Phase.

 

Your OCG (Official Card Grammar) is wrong but the above fix uses correct OCG and balances it.

 

ATK/7000 DEF/0

 

OVER 9000 ATK is overpowered and can kill with a single attack, so change it to 7000 to make it balanced.

 

Attribute: LIGHT

 

Never make a DIVINE attribute card. Ever. It's a rule of thumb.

ATK is unrealistic, like all have said before no ATK higher than 5K. Name of the card is weird, pic looks like its more for a spell or trap card since its displaying an action scene rather than a specific portrait. OCG is off. You need more practice making cards, this is a very noob effort.

Op'ed. Just op'ed. And why the strange numbers? If you're going to OP him, at least make his ATK and DEF easier to calculate in your head. Personally, I hate 50's in the ATK. 1000 or 1100 DEF would be much more preferable. Love the name though. I'd say... 4/10.
