This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 1 Level 4 or higher "Blackwing" monster from your hand to your Deck. When this card is Summoned, place 5 Sand Gourd Counters on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Sand Gourd Counters from this card to activate one of the following effects:

●1: Increase or decrease the Level of 1 "Blackwing" non-Tuner monster on your field by 1

●2:Negate the attack of 1 monster your opponent controls

●3:Return 2 cards from your hand to your Deck. Draw 3 cards.

 

DO NOT RATE THIS CARD. I want constructive comments about this card's balance and playability in todays TCG only. If there are OCG errors, point them out. If all you say is "This card is good, blah blah blah bullcrap +1 post" I'll neg for spamming

Wow the picture realy looks like a black wing,anyway the card is nicely balanced,seeming as it can only be special summoned and you cant get anymore counters once their gone.Personaly i think you should change the sand gourd counters to sand or gourd counters,but thats just my opionion.

OCG:You forgot to put in before the special summon"this card cannot be normal summoned or set".

@ironcore: thanks for pointing out that missing OCG. I might change it to Gourd Counters because it's more fluent with the text.

 

@Phoenix: it's ideally a Blackwing "Moray of Greed". Since it causes you to return a Blackwing to your Deck just to be SS (which is a -1 for your hand) the 3 Counters effect kinda cancels since it's another -2 cards to the Deck and then +3 to your hand. Also, since it takes up 3/5 counters, it can only be used once.

Not really named after wind types. I'm sure there are others but I can't think of any more off the top of my head and I'd need to do more reserach on their names.

First effect for the summoning requirement to be able to special it is a decent drawback. Sand Gourd counters remind me of Gaara xD Well lets see what kind of uses these counters can be well, used for. First effect is great for synchro flexibilities. Even 1 level can make a difference when synchroing, which makes that first effect handy. Second one is great for stalling and can piss off your opponent since you can use this for a total of 2 times. Last effect has that Moray of Greed feel into it, except it can be any 2 cards and nothing specific, which can help with the dead draws and such. Is a tad OP'd IMO. Mainly because of that last effect that gives Blackwings more draw power. 9.9/10
