What the arf @ Summoning conditions?

You could have "You win on Summon" and this still probably wouldn't be that viable... and monster effects still rip it up to the point it's never going to see play.

 

Summoning conditions are too much, sorry, but I don't see this getting used.

This monster is unaffected by Spell and Trap Cards. This monster cannot be destroyed by battle.
