Smesh
BURRRRRRRRRRN As long as this card is on the field, you and your opponent must pay 500 Life Points to activate Trap cards. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, destroy all face-up Trap cards on the field. Inflict Damage to the respectful owner of the Trap cards destroyed by this card's effect x 300. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you and your opponent take 700 Damage. but i had to put something in green here :)

♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
Would you honestly put a card like this into your deck without placing other cards to reduce/prevent/reverse/whatever the damage you inflict to yourself? Think about it.

-Athena-
Some OCG errors. I like the idea that you lose LP too because that would make it a good/bad thing for you. But that's just me :P Anyways, I'm gonna say 8.5/10 ^_^

Anbu-of-Sand
Skimming through this card's effect makes it a more superior Jinzo. First effect is quite nasty, but you can easily work around it with lots of cards or just running a total of 2 Royal Decree, or even no trap cards at all. Can break decks that are heavy on the traps. Second effect is great for nuking continuous traps, but the only common continuous one in the meta being Royal Oppression. Can also deal out decent burn damage. Not much people use continuous traps that often so I guess the highest this would dish out to you or your opponent would be 600-900 or so. Last effect is for a decent burn of 700. Overall, your right about it being a monster that burns, but the first effect just makes it on the OP'd side. 8.9/
