Every turn, you can create 1 mystic water token(Equip Spell effect:Equipped WATER monsters gain 400 ATK & DEF.Other monsters gain 300 DEF & 200 ATK) & equip it to a monster on the field. And the reason why "Equip Spell Tokens" don't exist, is simply because they're a very bad way of creating cards in the middle of a duel. It would be much better to just have an effect that fetches an Equip Spell with the effect you stated, and to equip it to a monster on the field. Much cleaner, and makes much more sense. Hell, you could even keep to the basics, which is to just have this monster apply the effect onto another monster once per turn. Even that's much better.
