Dandelo
You can Normal Summon this card by Tributing any 2 monsters on the field. If 1 or more of the monsters used to Summon this card in this way were your opponent's, this card's ATK is halved. During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroyed a monster your opponent controls, you can return any number of DARK monsters in your Graveyard to your Deck to Special Summon this card face-up in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Trap Card. While this card is face-up in your opponent' Spell & Trap Card Zone, all Level 4 or lower monsters require 1 Tribute to be Normal Summoned, except DARK monsters. After a number of turns turns equal to the number of DARK monsters sent to your Deck, remove this card from play.

Dandelo
There are drawbacks. ATK is halved, making it harder to destroy an opponent's monster, and making it easily destroyed in battle; thus having its other effect negated completely. Plus, it can only stay in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone for a number of turns equal to the number of DARK monsters you sent, before it's removed from play. Thanks for the comment, though. Phantom M.C.
well, 99% of the time, nobody tributes monsters your opponent controls.
